Whenever we as designer working on a design project, we often find ourselves staring at the designs to look for the flaws. Most of the time we need others opinion or critiques to help us improving our design from the layout, spacing/kerning on the typography or text, the illustrations, icons, or event the concept. Alas we are limited to discuss about these with our client who expect us to solve these problems. However, there are numerous design community websites and web tools that can help us to get other perspective about our designs.

Working on a design project with multiple team members has many advantages in terms of getting as many output or ideas as we could. Yet when it comes to have no other team member but yourself, you can check these design community websites and web tool that will give you the feedback you need to make your design ready to go.

Edwin Soon has picked grapes, worked as a cellar rat and made wine in Australia , the US and in France . An enologist by training, he juggles many hats. He organizes wine competitions and sits on several international wine judging panels. He wanted the website to look professional unlike somebody else’s blog.

The client wants a complete online shop for his own clothes creations. He is from Paris and worked a long time for Hugo Boss and Zegna, along with other brands. He decided recently to move to Bali and start his own brand: YesBali. There won’t be any seasonal collections. He will just add products as they are designed.

AAW is a trading agents. The main purpose of the website is to sell full containers of furniture to their existing customers. The customers will be able to virtually fill their container on the website to make a pre-order. This pre-order will be send via email to AAW and to the customer. They sell virtually anything. They want the website to smell “cargo” with modern design, Mac OS / iphone style, round shapes, icons, shadows.

Note: They changed their mind and would like to keep the old logo instead of the new one at this moment.
