$315 /month
+$100 one-time setup fee
Additional support beyond the selected resource limits is billed at $150 per hour or a separate project might be required.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many websites are allowed in the service?
One website per paid plan.
This means, if you want us to support a second site: it will be two paid plans (one for each site).
Presently there are no discounts for multiple sites.
The website must also be yours. Meaning, if you are an agency owner who wishes us to work on your client's sites, this is not the service plan for you. We do offer white-label services, but you will have to reach out to us to set up a custom enterprise and white-label agreement.
What things are you able to help with within the resource limits?
These WordPress Care plans are focused on ensuring your one WordPress website is working well and secure. We're able to work on almost anything within the 2-hours of monthly active work.
This means we can work on custom code, tweaking content for you, custom integrations, web design services, answering and helping with issues for third-party services and even offer strategy and consulting help.
What premium plugins are included in the agency-level care plans?
This is an every changing list as time goes on, though off the top of our heads and at least for WordPress we're able to include:
- Forms: FluentForms
- Image optimizations: Shortpixel, EWWW or WP Compress
- Speed optimizations: WPRocket
- Visual Builder: Elementor
- Scheduling: WPAmelia
- Custom data: Toolkit, JetEngine, or ACF Pro
- CrocoBlocks full library of plugins for WordPress
- WPManageNinja's plugins: FluentForms Pro, Ninja Tables and a few others
Can I change or choose my payment frequency?
No.
Our retainers are paid at the rate agreed and originally set, which usually is monthly or yearly.
On larger retainers or subscriptions and consulting services, we're able to offer weekly retainer payments for quarterly contracts.
Can I sign up for a quarterly plan but pay monthly?
Presently, we do not offer a quarterly pay option. Once we have this option available, it will include a friendly discount.
Do you offer support for any type of website? Do you support eCommerce? Shopify? Magento? Shopify? Others?
Within this WordPress Care plan, we only directly support WordPress websites (preferably ones that are hosted on our premium servers).
We can support third-party services that integrate with your WordPress website (such as HubSpot or Klaviyo), but we do not support your main site being anything other than WordPress for this plan.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your retainer with us by writing to us / notifying us at least 20 days before the contract renewal.
Can I pay by something other than credit card? Do I have to pay online?
You may, though we prefer online payments as it is easier to manage.
If you would like to arrange for payments other than online credit/debit payment, please contact us via email or give us a call and we'll discuss options.
Usually, the other options we accept are: business cheques and wire transfer.
Do you offer discounts for your WordPress Care plans?
Once in a while we may run a promotion or if you decide to have multiple plans, though otherwise no. All plan rates are as listed on their checkout pages.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan level?
Presently, we only offer one WordPress Care level: standard. We will eventually include enhanced plans, and if you are interested yet us know and we'll add you to our newsletter where we'll announce those new plans when ready.
What is the sign-up process? What do I need to do to get started?
Click on the pricing Book A Call With Peter button above, and let's chat. Once you schedule a call we'll send you some initial information to help us see if we're a good fit and gather some initial technical info.
After that, if this is something you want ASAP, we'll send over a proposal and payment link to get started.
Does care plan time roll-over to the next month?
Nope.
