Chrismer leads Chykalophia's development team day to day. He builds and maintains client sites in WordPress and Shopify, keeps hosting and security up to date, and triages incoming support requests before routing the work. He set up the support desk clients write in to and owns the team's commit log and ticket process. He has been with Chykalophia since 2021.

- Patched a critical PHP vulnerability across every managed client site and server
- Ongoing web support for the Lynn Sage Foundation, including pages for its fall benefit
- WordPress security cleanup and admin two-factor rollout for a Chicago video production company
- Set up Chykalophia's client support desk
He works from Bacolod in the Philippines.
