Laila Adila
Senior UI/UX Designer
Laila, Lala to the team, designs the user experience and interface on Chykalophia's website and app projects. She starts with the groundwork (personas, sitemaps, user flows and wireframes), turns approved stylescapes into responsive high-fidelity designs, and hands them to the developers with QA notes. She wrote the team's Website Kit Handbook, a reusable Figma component library built to hand off cleanly. Clients regularly thank her for her attention to detail.
Work Laila’s had a hand in
- High-fidelity, tablet and mobile designs for the Lynn Sage Foundation website
- High-fidelity pages and product finder QA for Telling Industries
- Website UX and UI for Homebridge Alliance
- Full UX groundwork for a nonprofit website redesign: sitemap, flows, personas and wireframes
She volunteers her design skills too, most recently refreshing the Never Okay Project's website.
