We stay on until the number moves
The first 30 days after launch are when the real data arrives, and when most agencies disappear. We review against the number we agreed before kickoff, tune what's underperforming and stand behind the result.
You walk away with:
A performance baseline, a 90-day conversion target, and a clear path to the guarantee.

Launch day is the first day of real data, so that's when the work changes
Before launch, every decision is an informed bet. After launch, you can see what buyers actually do: which pages they read, where they stall, which calls to action they ignore. That's the most useful information the whole project produces, and most teams walk away from it.
We don't. Before kickoff we agree one number, usually the conversion that matters most to your sales team, and a baseline on comparable traffic. After launch we review against it, find the leaks and fix them, then measure again.
That's also why we can offer a guarantee on the Conversion System. If your conversion rate hasn't doubled within 90 days of launch, we keep working at our cost until it does.

An illustration of the shape, not a client's data. Most movement shows up in the first 30 days as we review and tune.
How the 90 days run
- 1Before kickoffBaseline agreedYour current conversion rate and the exact metric we're moving, measured on comparable traffic and written into your proposal.
- 2Week 1 after launchFirst readingsWe check that the data is clean and complete, and watch for early signals in how real buyers move through the new site.
- 3Day 30The 30-day reviewA call to review results against the number, in plain language: what's working, what isn't and what we're changing next.
- 4Days 30 to 90TuningWe fix what's underperforming, one change at a time, so we know what moved the number. Most of the movement shows up in this window.
- 5Day 90The guarantee window closesIf the number has doubled, you keep the gains and the playbook. If it hasn't, we keep working at our cost until it does.

Results don't end at day 90. Most teams leave this phase knowing exactly where the next gain is.
- 01A performance baselineWhere you started, measured properly, so every future change has something to compare against.
- 02A 90-day conversion targetOne clear number, agreed in writing before the work began.
- 03A tuning logEvery change we made after launch, and what it did to the number.
- 04Clean, working analyticsKey events set up and recording, owned by you.
- 05A clear path to the guaranteeWhere you stand against 2×, and what happens next either way.
- 06The next opportunitiesThe leaks we found but haven't fixed yet, ranked, so the next quarter starts with a plan.
